Welcome to THERAPR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and THERAPR regarding your use of our platform and services.
By accessing or using THERAPR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- Use THERAPR only for legitimate healthcare and wellness purposes
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users
- Do not share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
- Follow professional standards if you are a healthcare practitioner
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Patients pay practitioners directly through our secure payment system
- Practitioners set their own rates and payment terms
- THERAPR charges a platform fee for each transaction
- Refunds are subject to individual practitioner policies
- Payment disputes should be resolved between patient and practitioner
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for payment violations
- THERAPR owns all platform technology, design, and branding
- Users retain ownership of their personal content and information
- You grant us license to use your content to provide our services
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Report any copyright or trademark infringement
- We may remove content that violates intellectual property rights
- THERAPR is a platform connecting patients with practitioners
- We do not provide medical advice or treatment directly
- Practitioners are independent and responsible for their own services
- Emergency situations require immediate professional medical attention
- Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance
- We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
- Practitioners must complete ongoing sessions before termination
- Data retention follows our Privacy Policy after termination
- Some provisions survive termination of the agreement
- Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations
For Patients
- • THERAPR does not replace emergency medical services
- • Verify practitioner credentials and suitability for your needs
- • Maintain confidentiality of your sessions and personal health information
- • Follow your practitioner's professional guidance and treatment plans
- • Report any concerns about practitioner conduct immediately
For Practitioners
- • Maintain valid licenses and professional credentials
- • Adhere to professional ethics and standards of care
- • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with patients
- • Keep accurate records and maintain patient confidentiality
- • Report any platform issues that may affect patient care
We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. However, if formal resolution is needed:
Mediation
Most disputes can be resolved through our internal mediation process with the help of our support team.
Arbitration
Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable international regulations.
Jurisdiction
Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by law.
THERAPR is not designed for emergency situations. In case of a health emergency:
- • Contact local emergency services immediately (911, 999, or local equivalent)
- • Go to the nearest emergency room or crisis center
- • Contact a suicide prevention hotline in your region
- • Reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or healthcare provider
Practitioners using THERAPR should have established emergency protocols and provide patients with appropriate emergency contact information.
