How does the Verified Partner commission work?
You pay 8% on each completed booking made through Therapr. Each year you remain an active partner, your rate increases by 1%, up to a maximum of 15%. There is no monthly subscription on this tier.
What does “8% locked” mean for Premium Partner?
Premium partners keep an 8% commission rate permanently, even if standard Verified Partner rates rise over time. Your first year is free; from year two you pay 200 AED/month for Premium features.
What is included in Premium visibility?
Premium partners appear higher in search results, city pages, and specialty hubs. You also get listing boosts, the Therapr Premium badge, unified messaging inbox, and Thera+ rewards for your patients.
How does the Ambassador revenue share work?
When you refer a practitioner who joins Therapr as a partner, you earn 40% of Therapr's platform commission on their completed bookings. You keep all Premium Partner features on your own profile.
Can I upgrade between partnership levels?
Yes. You can move from Verified to Premium at any time. Ambassador status is by application — contact our partnerships team to discuss eligibility and referral terms.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on any partnership tier. Verified Partner is commission-only; Premium adds 200 AED/month after the first free year; Ambassador terms are confirmed during onboarding.
