Dr. Sofia obtained her medical degree (MBBS) from the prestigious Bart’s & The London School of Medicine, followed by Family Medicine training in the UK, where she achieved her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). She has extensive experience in managing both acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages.

Dr. Sindhu P S is a highly experienced General Medicine Practitioner in Abu Dhabi, licensed by both the DOH and DHA, with more than 8 years of experience in family medicine and aesthetic wellness—including over 4 years of practice in the UAE. She holds an MBBS degree along with a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine, uniquely positioning her to offer both medical and advanced aesthetic care.

Amy and Valentina met in December 2021, and instantly they connected over a passion for people’s wellness, holistic care and creating something different in Abu Dhabi. Amy is also the founder of Perfect Balance Rehabilitation Centre (PBRC), with over 7 years of experience of managing PBRC, Amy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field to her role as Managing Director of OPBMC. Amy earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton, where she developed a passion for addressing the complex interplay between physical health and overall well-being. Her commitment to advancing her expertise led her to pursue specialized training in women’s health, including management of complex incontinence and pelvic pain.

Dr. Mahwish Khalid Mir is a licensed Family Medicine physician with membership in the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP [INT], UK). She completed her medical training at Shifa International Hospital, gaining extensive experience across primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, and general surgery. Dr. Mahwish is skilled in managing outpatient and emergency cases, performing minor surgical procedures, interpreting diagnostic tests, and supporting patients with concerns such as anxiety and depression. Known for her warm rapport and patient-centered approach, she is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families.

I’m a Registered Nurse, licensed by the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi and holding my Italian Nursing License (OPI). Over the years, I’ve developed a special passion for vascular access, with advanced training in the insertion and care of PICC lines. My journey in nursing has taken me through oncology, hospice, and pediatric care, where every patient has taught me something new about compassion and resilience.
